Us creatives and entrepreneurs can sometimes feel like we are in over our heads because we are involved with so many projects and/or have too large of an overhead. I’m here to inspire you to release some of the weight that’s pulling you down and therefore more joyously focus on the projects authentically resonating with your purpose.
Do old habits die hard? Yes they do! I used to think a part of me was dying when I would try releasing a habit. Once I found the authentic courage to begin letting each unproductive habit go, it became clear to me the only the habit itself was dying. Once the habit died, I became stronger and more vibrant!
There are things we HAVE to do. We also have things we LOVE to do. Write down all things that fall under each of these Have-to/Love-to lists. Anything falling outside of these categories must go! Practicing the courage to release unnecessary activities will create opportunity to hone in on your priorities and therefore will support you to have more successful results.
