Does the cycle of drama cause your body trauma?

Does the cycle of drama cause your body trauma?

Ellie Drake shares that at the core of all Drama is the emotion of fear!

In this video, she describes what happens when our survival brain sees fear entrenched drama as danger!

When we react, our Amygdala, a part of our survival brain, which is equipped with brilliant survival instinct, becomes alarmed after sensing the fear in the dramatic reaction – no matter what its degree, it may be perceived as danger to our “safety”, and immediately communicates its concern with the rest of the survival brain.

Therefore, the Hypothalamus which is the command center, tells the Adrenal Glands to secrete the stress hormones Adrenalin and Cortisol and this all happens within a few seconds, yet the adverse effects of this un-necessary biochemical overdosing, traumatizes the body over the following days…

Learn to release this pattern of mental drama and even reverse the existing physical trauma by watching the above as well as another one which is called ‘The Mindful Minute’.
